This the MDA, Magen David Adom.  If you have ever had to call an ambulance, then you know about their good work.  In every situation, at any time of the day or night, even on Shabbat, the volunteers are our boys and girls who help the sick.  Any time you hear an ambulance siren know that they are giving of their time and effort.  All the volunteers have undergone intensive Emergency Medical training, and are well equipped for any emergency.
