This is a government building, The lines are so clear and the Israeli Flags add to the art of the picture. 

This is the view sometimes out my window, looking north, very early in the morning before the mist lifts.

I happened to be walking on  the Jerusalem Strings Bridge at noon, looked up and snapped this picture with my cellphone!
